Consumers are taken on a digital, visual and tactile journey through the entire Miele brand world. Digital touchpoints replace a space-intensive product presentation.
In his presentation, Marco Wassermann goes one step further. He will demonstrate the possibilities for measuring and analysing customer behaviour in the Miele Experience Centres. If these data are connected, new insights and potential for conversion optimisation in the store will be generated.
