Our workshop formats

We have designed three workshop formats which contain all the topics relevant to an integrated digitalisation concept. We like you to take the customer's point of view and to disengage yourself from the process-related challenges within the company. To do this, our consultants rely on various creativity and working techniques. The workshop will be summarised in a strategy paper with all results and specific business cases.

  • Identifying relevant data, based on the consumers’ needs
  • Analysing the current state of your data pool
  • Evaluating potentials for conversion optimisation
  • Determining a target state as an objective
  • Prioritisation with regard to the cost-benefit ratio
  • Taking technical, legal and economic factors into account
  • Designing a roadmap to increase your data strategy’s degree of maturity

Technology Workshop
