With Zukunftsraum Kiel, Kiel-Marketing has created a place that shows how exciting the future of bricks-and-mortar retail can look. Together with xplace, we were able to experience how digital technologies enrich the shopping experience and seamlessly connect brands such as Helly Hansen with the wishes of customers. We were particularly impressed by how flexibly xplace's solutions can be used - from data-driven optimisations to interactive touchpoints. It's clear to us: this is what shopping will look like in the future!
Brick-and-mortar retailers are facing two major tasks today: Creating visibility in the digital space and modernising the in-store shopping experience. Many shops are difficult to find online, while at the same time they often lack the right tools to meaningfully analyse customer data and visitor flows. Digital solutions such as interactive displays or intelligent analyses have hardly been used to date - and this is precisely where Zukunftsraum Kiel comes in.

At the same time, the aim is to optimise processes and manage marketing measures using real data instead of assumptions.
