Application development and design

From concept to rollout – we develop individual product advice applications in close cooperation with you, based on your requirements and user stories. The frontend design follows your CI and latest UX knowledge.

Content and data integration

For better service and advice, we have our own content database with a total of approx. 20 million data records on product groups from various industries in several languages. The database and external data systems are connected in real time using the open API of our data platform biscuit.

Rollout and installation

From pilot to large-scale rollout – we manage the entire rollout in order to integrate our interactive kiosk systems into your digitalisation project. We are the central point of contact for all involved parties. On-site installation is carried out by our own service technicians and long-standing service partners.


Our support team gives you solution-driven assistance when problems arise. On-site service means the swift resolution of service issues. In addition, we provide live remote support on your devices for simple and fast troubleshooting.
