Following a successful planning and testing phase in ten shops, xplace needed to Area roll-out just three months. xplace carried out the installation of the electronic price labels in day-to-day business operations, including integration into the shops’ IT systems and connection to the stock management system and the online shop. In addition, xplace takes on the Service and Support for the entire ESL infrastructure. Integrated ESL solutions are now essential components of holistic digitalisation strategies at the point of sale. The more centralised management of prices offers WMF many advantages.
